We are seeking a passionate and dedicated experienced Barista to join our dynamic team in ARISTA. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while expertly preparing and serving high-quality beverages. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service will ensure that every guest leaves with a smile.
Also We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our culinary offerings. You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards while working collaboratively with your team.
Responsibilities
ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve a variety of Coffee, hot and cold beverages, including coffee Art, tea, and specialty drinks.Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash management.Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive working environment and achieve daily goals.Participate in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and presented well.Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have about the menu.Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen operations.Help keep the kitchen area clean and organised, including washing dishes and sanitising surfaces.Support the team by managing time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.Perform basic maths calculations for portioning and inventory management.Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive working environment and efficient workflow.QualificationsPrevious experience in a café or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
A passion for coffee and customer service, with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
