This is a weekend-only role, ideal for someone who’s passionate about coffee, enjoys working outdoors in all weather, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities: • Remove and replace the trailer cover at the start and end of each day • Set up and close down the trailer, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency • Clean the trailer and equipment thoroughly after each shift • Lift and carry heavy items, including Jerry cans of water • Remove waste water, empty bins, and dispose of rubbish properly • Replenish and monitor stock levels, updating team when supplies are low • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and hot beverages • Maintain consistent drink quality, including dialing in coffee and adjusting grinders as needed • Work alongside another team member, usually managing till and front-facing service • Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude • Engage with customers—ask questions, remember names, chat about their day, and create a welcoming vibe • Be aware of allergies and confidently manage allergen information • Follow all food safety protocols—Level 2 Food Hygiene certification is required • Work efficiently under pressure and stay calm during busy periods • Adapt to outdoor working conditions, rain or shine What We’re Looking For: • Previous barista experience is essential • Experience with dialing in espresso, grinders, and coffee machines • Previous experience working from a mobile unit or coffee trailer is a strong advantage • A team player who’s also confident working independently when needed • Someone physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks • Reliable, punctual, and upbeat If you love great coffee, care about people, and want to be part of a community-driven business—this could be the perfect weekend role for you.
