Bartender/ Waiter/Waitress Role: Welcome guests, take orders, serve food & drinks, Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and ensure every customer enjoys a great experience.

Previous experience in a busy pub environment is preferred but not essential, hard-working, punctual, honest and reliable are a must. You must be a team player with a natural can-do attitude and a proactive-forward thinking approach, articulate and organised and have a friendly enthusiastic personality. Able to multitask, serving customers and assisting the kitchen, maintaining an organised and tidy bar at all times. You must be flexible and available to work according to business needs. The Platform at Mamuśka! is a 1100 square foot open mezzanine bar and event space overlooking the Old Arch dining hall, fitted out in steel and natural wood and surrounded in structural concrete. The only thing cooler is the bar we built to fit into this amazing space. All hand crafted, industrial steel and caging and led up lights, this is the perfect stage for a fantastic people-orientated bartender. The team at Mamuśka! is cross-trained into floor service and dispense bartending (including cocktails) and we are looking for a dedicated bartender to switch between The Platform and the Dispense Bar downstairs. Order Coordination: Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow. Transactions: Handle bills and payments with accuracy and efficiency. Cleanliness: Uphold high standards of cleanliness across all guest-facing areas. Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. Progression to Lead Waiter/Waitress: Consistently deliver high-level service and demonstrate deep product knowledge. Show leadership through communication, problem-solving, and initiative. Support junior staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture. Weekly Schedule 30-32hrs per week: Tuesday to Friday: 5 pm to 11 pm Saturday: 3 pm to 11 pm Sunday & Monday: off
