Role Overview:We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and charismatic person tojoin our team. Whether it's behind the bar, on the floor, managingback-of-house prep, all team members will play a role in every section. You will be a keyplayer in every aspect of the bar and will define the guest experience.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service in a small and intimate environment.- Craft perfectly presented cocktails with precision and creativity.- Manage inventory and prepare mise-en-place to a high standard.- Communicate and work smoothly with the team to create services you are proud of.- Operate, with a flexible and adaptable approach, across various sections, including bar,floor, back-of-house, prep, and hosting.RequirementsMust:- Have a strong desire to provide a fun and memorable guest experience- Be able to maintain a high standard of work in a high paced environment- Have an interest in growing and learning- Be able to balance a strong work ethic with a sense of fun- Have worked front of house in a bar/restaurant/hotel etc. and have a strong understandingof good service- Have the empathy to engage with customers and anticipate their needs, and have thecharisma to entertain without being intrusiveDesirable (but by no means essential):- Experience in a high quality bartender role- Strong foundation in classic cocktails- Strong bartending fundamentals e.g. round building and cocktail technique- An understanding of spirits and their production, in line with a WSET spirits level 2 and upWorking
