We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join our exceptionally friendly Food & Beverage team at our Do Not Disturb Bar. An underground and sophisticated speakeasy cocktail bar taking inspiration from the clandestine bars of 1920s New York. To be considered for this position, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a restaurant or hotel of comparable standards is required. We are looking for someone who is skilled in crafting creative and high-quality cocktails, and who possesses a deep understanding of mixology and beverage service. Bartender – Temper Restaurants Temper Restaurants is looking for a confident, experienced Bartender to join our front-of-house team. Our restaurants welcome a varied mix of corporate lunches, after-work drinks, dinners and group bookings. We’re looking for someone who can deliver friendly, professional service and make consistently high-quality drinks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards., • Engage with guests, take orders, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction., • Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well maintained, including washing glassware and utensils., • Follow food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices., • Handle cash transactions accurately, including payments and change., • Work with kitchen staff to support timely food service where required., • Monitor beverage and supply inventory and report shortages to management., • Follow the establishment’s policies regarding age restrictions for alcohol service. What we’re looking for • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred., • Strong basic numeracy skills for accurate cash handling., • The ability to manage time effectively and remain organised in a busy setting., • A positive attitude and genuine passion for serving others., • Familiarity with food safety regulations is advantageous, although training will be provided.
