Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage the salon team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. ● Develop and implement creative strategies to diversify and enhance the salon's beauty service offerings. ● Train and mentor salon staff in new and innovative beauty techniques, ensuring consistent high-quality service. ● Actively participate in creating unique beauty treatments and nail designs, staying at the forefront of industry trends. ● Oversee daily salon operations, including client appointments, inventory, and staff scheduling. ● Collaborate with the team to maintain and grow a loyal client base. ● Support salon growth by participating in marketing and promotional activities. ● Lead recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff members. ● Contribute to developing the salon's curated collection of beauty products and services. ● Facilitate the inclusion of beauty treatments and products, recognizing the importance of diverse beauty practices. ● Ensure the salon offers a range of services, including popular treatments and styles. ● Work closely with suppliers to source unique and high-quality products ● Stay informed about beauty trends and integrate them into the salon's offerings. Requirements: ● Proven experience as a Salon Manager with a focus on creativity. ● Ability to create diverse and unique nail models. ● Strong leadership and communication skills. ● Previous experience in a nail tech role is desirable. ● NVQ Level 5 Beauty Therapy or equivalent is preferred. ● At least B1 English. ● Bilingual Vietnamese is an advantage.
