Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our office with various bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records.
- Process invoices and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy
- Take phone calls
- Support office operations with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (Italian speaking is preferred)
