Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and education provided. Experience Proven management experience within a nursery or early childhood education setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Extensive experience working directly with children, preferably within childcare or nursery environments. Knowledge of early childhood development principles and relevant legislation. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Valid driving licence is desirable for transporting resources or attending external meetings. Experience in working with diverse groups of children and families is advantageous.
