Collaborate with kitchen staff to fulfil orders and meet customer demands promptly. Provide excellent customer service by offering advice on meat selection and preparation techniques. Complete daily deep clean before close. Keep the work area clean and organised, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a Butcher or in a similar role within the culinary or food production industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. A passion for food preparation and culinary arts is highly desirable. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs.
