Key Responsibilities Visit clients at their homes. Provide personal care and assistance, including help with washing, dressing, and mobility. Offer companionship and emotional support, reducing feelings of loneliness and isolation. Support clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, shopping, and medication reminders. Encourage and support clients to engage in community activities and build social connections. Monitor clients’ well-being and promptly report any concerns or changes to senior staff or relevant professionals. Maintain accurate records of visits, care provided, and client progress. Respect and promote clients’ dignity, choice, and independence at all times. Work in accordance with health and safety regulations and the organization’s policies and procedures.
