We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and friendly Estates Administrator to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing As part of our Estates Team, you'll help keep our residential developments running smoothly by: • Speaking with residents, leaseholders and contractors by phone and email, • Helping organise repairs and maintenance works, • Updating our computer systems and keeping records accurate, • Supporting our Estates Managers with day-to-day administration, • Preparing newsletters and communications for residents, • Obtaining quotes from contractors, • Learning about property management and leasehold services, • Working closely with a friendly and supportive team Every day is different, giving you the opportunity to learn, develop and build confidence. What We're Looking For You don't need experience in property management—we're much more interested in your attitude.
