This isn't a traditional kitchen-only position, as there'll be a mix of prep, cooking and customer facing moments as well as back-office admin including writing rotas, placing orders and stock/inventory control. Cooking experience is essential for this role and we'd love someone who is equally as happy to engage with members of the public and deliver great customer service.
