Key Responsibilities: Prepare, marinate, and cook a variety of kebabs (doner, shish, kofta, etc.) using traditional and modern techniques. Manage and operate the grill or rotisserie with precision to ensure perfectly cooked meat. Ensure food is prepared to the highest standard, maintaining portion control and presentation quality. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and work areas. Adhere to all food hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines. Requirements: Excellent grilling skills and knowledge of kebab seasoning and cooking methods. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
