We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our market presence and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to address customer requirements and resolve complaints efficiently.

Identify potential business opportunities, new markets, and emerging industry trends to support strategic growth.
Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.
Design and execute targeted strategies to reach and acquire new business opportunities.
Engage daily with customers by addressing inquiries and guiding them to the appropriate services or solutions.
Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs and developing tailored proposals.
Maintain and strengthen ongoing relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Present and promote company products and services to prospective and current clients.
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to build relationships and stay updated on market developments.
Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in customer service and business development.

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably within the beauty, perfume, or cosmetics industry).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is desirable.
