Key Responsibilities Entity Management & Governance • Help maintain and update the group’s corporate entity database, ensuring compliance with Companies House and statutory requirements., • Liaise with external corporate service providers and registrars on UK and overseas entity management., • Support the preparation of board and shareholder resolutions, minutes, and related governance documentation., • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and maintaining corporate record archives.
