Chef de Partie – Cold Section
Authentic Italian Restaurant
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team in the cold section of our busy Italian kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity to work with fresh, high-quality ingredients and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present cold dishes, including salads, antipasti, and desserts, to the highest standards

Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every plate
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold section
Work closely with the Head Chef and other sections to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow food safety, hygiene, and storage guidelines at all times

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong background as a Demi Chef in a similar role

Good knowledge of Italian cold dishes and presentation techniques
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for fresh ingredients and authentic flavours
