We are seeking a passionate and skilled Neapolitan style Pizza Chef to join our team. Duties • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards, • Cook pizzas using wood fired oven to perfection using appropriate methods and equipment, • Ensure all food preparation adheres to food safety and hygiene regulations, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils, • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages, • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction, • Follow health and safety procedures at all times during food preparation and cooking processes Skills • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment, • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices, • Excellent skills in meal preparation, particularly pizza-making techniques, • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen setting, • Good organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and quality control, • Experience with kitchen equipment used in pizza preparation, such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools, • Team-oriented attitude with effective communication skills, • Previous experience in making Neapolitan pizza is highly desirable

Currently we are recruiting roll as CDP who has a minimum of 2 years experience in similar position As a CDP you are expected to help chefs peeper and serve food (not necessary to have experience in Japanese cuisine) be able to comunícate to with rest of kitchen members and work closely with head chef/owner to keep up both good standards.
