



Your Role:
SUSHISAMBA Covent Garden is now looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our very successful brigade as we continue to grow. As part of this position, you will be working in the tempura section, taking responsibility for delivering consistency and quality in one of our busiest areas. Ultimately, we are looking for those who are extremely passionate about food and eager to learn.

Your Requirements:
The primary responsibility of the Chef de Partie is preparation of all food items at the station according to specifications and preset time limits. The Chef de Partie must be able to follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant while coordinating the delivery of all foods within preset time standards. Assistance with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas is required.
