We are seeking a dedicated and skilled chef de partie to join our small but tidy kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated, organised and able to work as a team.
A good attitude is essential.

The working hours are around 47/week, from 11AM to midnight, usually in 4 double shifts and 3 days off.
Duties
  • To follow recipes, specs and standards
  • Preparation of ingredients, ensuring freshness and quality.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.


Experience
  • Previous experience in a fast paced restaurant
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
