Head Chef We have a great opportunity for a Head Chef to join our team. To be considered for the role, you'll have a few years of experience, working as a Senior Sous or Head Chef in a high-end casual or fine dining restaurant. You will manage all kitchen operations, whilst leading and developing your team. You'll take part in the creation of accomplished classic and elegant tapas dishes made from the best Spanish ingredients led by our Group Head Chef. Alma is known for its breakfast and brunch dishes as well as compact healthy lunch offerings. We are currently operating five restaurants and coffee shops in London with more openings planned this year. What is expected: To have prior kitchen experience (2 yr +). Knowledge of classic breakfast and brunch dishes is a big plus!
