For over 8 years, we have delivered outstanding care and education in North London. \n Responsibilities \n\n • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of childcare staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment\n, • Oversee daily nursery operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and childcare regulations\n, • Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that support early childhood development milestones\n, • Maintain open and effective communication with parents, guardians, and external agencies to promote transparency and trust\n, • Manage administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, record keeping, and budgeting to ensure smooth nursery functioning\n, • Conduct regular staff training sessions to uphold high standards of childcare practice and professional development\n, • Ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times, promoting a secure space for children to learn and play\n\n Qualifications \n\n • Proven management experience within a nursery or early childhood education setting\n, • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of childcare professionals\n, • Extensive experience working directly with children in a childcare or nursery environment\n, • Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices\n, • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of building positive relationships with children, parents, and team members\n, • Valid childcare qualifications or certifications as required by local regulations\n, • Valid driving license preferred for transporting children or attending off-site activities when necessary\n\n Experience \n Level 3 Early Years qualification \n Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a childcarer setting. \n Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted and Safeguarding. \n Experience in parent relationships. \n Skilled in staff supervision, development and performance management. \n We offer \n From £40K salary and performance bonus \n 33 days paid holiday \n Daily hot lunch \n 50% childcare discount \n 5 days company sick day \n Wellbeing programme \n Staff events \n Free parking on site \n Benefits: \n \n\n • Childcare\n, • Company pension\n, • Cycle to work scheme\n, • Free parking\n, • On-site parking\n, • Sick pay\n
