A opportunity has opened for an accountant within an established firm of Chartered Accountants based on the outskirts of Chester. We are considering both a trainee position and a role for an accountant with practice experience. We are a small, growing and friendly practice with a strong reputation for providing a professional but personal service.
Key roles and responsibilities
Within this role you will be:
Assisting with personal and business tax
preparing accounts for Limited Companies, Sole Traders and Partnerships ready for partner review.
bookkeeping
preparing VAT returns and management accounts
liaising with clients in person, over email and telephone
