What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking chefs with a love for Mediterranean cuisine and a basic understanding of traditional Italian cooking techniques. While experience in fresh pasta-making is a bonus, it's not essential. Our Head Chef will mentor you, providing hands-on training in every aspect of our culinary process.
