IMPORTANT — DOOR-TO-DOOR FIELD ROLE
Most paid shift time will be spent walking assigned Tottenham streets and speaking to residents at their doorsteps. This is not a pharmacy-counter, office or remote role. You must be comfortable working outdoors, approaching households respectfully and accepting refusals immediately.

Good Health Pharmacies Ltd is hiring two Community Outreach Representatives for a four-week paid pilot in Tottenham.

PAY AND HOURS

  • Four-week fixed-term PAYE employment
  • 24 paid hours per week, normally four 6-hour daytime shifts agreed in advance
  • £14.50 per hour
  • Up to £100 per week quality bonus, based only on attendance, accurate records, training, safe conduct and compliance
  • Pre-approved business travel reimbursed
  • Paid training and a paid supervised assessment shift
  • Statutory holiday entitlement

THE ROLE
You will speak respectfully with local residents at their doorsteps and in community locations. Using approved factual materials, you will explain our pharmacy services and signpost interested residents to an official pharmacy QR or contact route.

This is not a commission-sales role. Residents remain free to choose any pharmacy. Pay and bonuses are never linked to patient nominations, prescriptions, medicine items, personal details or conversions.

DUTIES

  • Carry out respectful doorstep and community outreach in assigned Tottenham areas
  • Show ID and ask permission before continuing
  • Explain approved pharmacy information accurately and without pressure
  • Accept refusals immediately
  • Complete non-identifying activity reports using a smartphone shift app
  • Follow lone-working, safeguarding, incident and privacy rules
  • Refer all clinical or patient-specific questions to the pharmacy team

ESSENTIAL

  • Clear, respectful communication
  • Punctuality, reliability and accurate record-keeping
  • Confidence working independently in a public-facing field role
  • Willingness to follow exact scripts and compliance rules
  • Ability to use a smartphone shift app
  • Ability to work locally, with reasonable adjustments where needed
  • Right to work in the UK before the first paid shift

Experience in outreach, canvassing, retail, hospitality or customer service is useful but not essential. Knowledge of Tottenham and additional community languages are welcome.

IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE RULES
Representatives never give clinical advice, collect patient or medication information, access pharmacy systems, enter residents' homes, offer rewards, pressure anyone to change pharmacy, or set or change an EPS nomination. Pharmacy staff independently handle any follow-up.

Selection includes written scenario screening, a role play and a paid supervised assessment shift.
