IMPORTANT — DOOR-TO-DOOR FIELD ROLE
Most paid shift time will be spent walking assigned Tottenham streets and speaking to residents at their doorsteps. This is not a pharmacy-counter, office or remote role. You must be comfortable working outdoors, approaching households respectfully and accepting refusals immediately.
Good Health Pharmacies Ltd is hiring two Community Outreach Representatives for a four-week paid pilot in Tottenham.
PAY AND HOURS
THE ROLE
You will speak respectfully with local residents at their doorsteps and in community locations. Using approved factual materials, you will explain our pharmacy services and signpost interested residents to an official pharmacy QR or contact route.
This is not a commission-sales role. Residents remain free to choose any pharmacy. Pay and bonuses are never linked to patient nominations, prescriptions, medicine items, personal details or conversions.
DUTIES
ESSENTIAL
Experience in outreach, canvassing, retail, hospitality or customer service is useful but not essential. Knowledge of Tottenham and additional community languages are welcome.
IMPORTANT COMPLIANCE RULES
Representatives never give clinical advice, collect patient or medication information, access pharmacy systems, enter residents' homes, offer rewards, pressure anyone to change pharmacy, or set or change an EPS nomination. Pharmacy staff independently handle any follow-up.
Selection includes written scenario screening, a role play and a paid supervised assessment shift.
