About the Role
As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering person-centred care in line with individual care plans.
- Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition.
- Helping with mobility and safe use of equipment.
- Providing medication support.
- Assisting with household and daily living tasks.
- Offering companionship, emotional support, and encouragement
- What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in care is desirable
- Experience in Crisis Care or Reablement is desirable
- Aged 18 or over (insurance requirements apply)
- Available to work alternate weekends
- Access to your own transport
- Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check
- A caring, reliable, and compassionate approach
