You’ll become a steady, reliable presence who helps people uncover their own strength and direction. You’ll work one‑to‑one with customers, tailoring advice and interventions to their specific challenges and you’ll forge professional relationships with energy suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring your customers are heard and supported. You’ll help individuals navigate their way through financial hardship, energy concerns, and personal barriers — empowering them to find lasting solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’s worked in a mentoring, support or advocacy role — someone who genuinely cares about people and knows how to help them move forward. You will be organised and resilient with the ability to guide people through difficult conversations. It is essential you are a strong communicator, both in writing and face to face, be detail‑focused with a problem‑solving mindset.
