Train and mentor junior kitchen staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant. In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional specialties. Ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Culinary degree or certification preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
