We are looking for a Sales Assistant for our mobile bakery stalls on mornings during the week and on weekends. We are specialising in soft pretzels which we bake fresh every day in a variety of flavours. Our unique pretzel bikes are popping up all over Central London. If you got a friendly personality, are polite and punctual, enjoy working autonomously and love the taste of a freshly baked pretzel, then we want to hear from you! MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Setting up the display of products - Serving and advising customers on the different types of pretzels available - Bagging the pretzels and taking payments - Create a friendly atmosphere and provide a quick and enjoyable customer experience. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - Available to start at 8:00am on weekdays (9:30am on weekends) - Friendly and polite personality, enjoys working in a customer facing environment - Good communicator, fluent in English - Punctual, reliable and enjoys working autonomously - Happy to work indoors, as well as outdoors in all weather conditions - Understands the importance of hygiene, cleanliness and ensuring health and safety standards are met - Ideally, confident cycling in Central London and able to ride one of our bicycles to the pop-up location and back - Eligible to work in the UK
