· Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy in customer accounts.
· Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer feedback and concerns.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on unresolved inquiries.
· Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.
· Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
· Proficiency with CRM systems, email, and live chat tools.
· Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high volumes of inquiries.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
