Manage logistics related to training sessions, travel, and accommodation for teams or athletes as needed. Ensure that all aspects of academy operations run smoothly, identifying and resolving any operational challenges. Provide administrative support to coaching staff, ensuring they have the necessary resources, schedules, and tools to focus on athlete development. Manage internal communication within the academy, coordinating between coaching, marketing, HR, and other departments. Maintain accurate records of staff and athlete information, including contracts, performance metrics, and participation in events. Handle inquiries related to admissions, fees, programs, or events, ensuring clear and timely communication. Resolve issues or complaints from parents, athletes, and staff, ensuring a positive experience for all academy members.
