Team Leadership:
Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions.
Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Manage scheduling and staffing to meet customer service demands.
Performance Monitoring:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on team performance.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Customer Interaction:
Address complex or escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
Provide support and guidance to customer service representatives on difficult cases.
Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, and product development) to ensure cohesive customer service strategies.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience.
Previous supervisory or management experience is required.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
