  We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Personal Support Assistant to provide one-to-one care and support to an individual. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, reliable, and comfortable adapting to the needs of one service user. Key Responsibilities Provide personalised support and physical assistance on a 1:1 basis Assist with personal care following the service user’s preferences, ensuring dignity and respect Support with maintaining a safe, clean, and hygienic home environment Assist with meal preparation and food shopping when required Assist with the administration of prescribed medication as directed Support the individual to access the community for social and personal activities when requested Promote and maintain the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of the individual at all times.
