Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety and comfort. Follow individual care plans and report any changes in clients' conditions to the office. Communicate effectively with clients, their families to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any incidents that occur during care. Drive to clients' homes as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled visits. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in healthcare practices. Requirements Previous experience in a domiciliary or similar role is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. A genuine passion for providing compassionate care to individuals in need.
