We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about supporting the development of young children. Someone who is dedicated and nurturing Early Years Practitioner to join a fantastic Montessori setting. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of children during their most formative years.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working in early years settings, with a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
A relevant qualification in childcare ( Level 2/3 or equivalent).
A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff and engage with parents effectively.
A proactive attitude and creativity in planning and delivering stimulating activities.
