YOUR MISSIONS : • The Chief host will be a representative of the restaurant. The Commis Waiter/Waitress plays a crucial role in maintaining the restaurant's efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsible for facilitating communication between the kitchen and the dinning area, the Commis Waiter/Waitress, is tasked by expediting dishes, clearing tables, and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of equipment. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. Experience in a busy environment would be preferred but not required.
