YOUR MISSIONS : • The Chief host will be a representative of the restaurant. Support to resolve issues and follow up personally to ensure challenges are overcome. • Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and personal hygiene. • Thorough knowledge of the resort and all facilities and offerings including but limited to on-going promotions, special events, etc. • Training and development of the experience managing team. • Any other duties as assigned. • Provide guests with menus
