Bar Manager - Hiring now! Caravan Southbank, London Overall earnings up to £18.20 per hour Full time This November, we're opening our tenth, and biggest, Caravan at the Southbank. And we're looking for an exceptional Bar Manager to lead our bar team. We're after someone kind, confident and who knows how to develop & inspire a team and welcome & awe guests from the first impression. The role As Bar Manager you'll work alongside your General Manager and the management team to make sure the day-to-day operation of the bar runs brilliantly every day. That means setting the standard for health & safety, culture, hospitality and developing the team around you to make sure every guest that leaves the restaurant has the best experience possible. You'll know how to lead from the front, when to coach and when to jump in and help get things moving.
