As a Night Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient overnight operation of the hotel. This position requires a versatile individual who can adapt to various scenarios across multiple departments, including Events, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, and the Kitchen. Responsibilities: • Manage the hotel's overnight activities, ensuring all departments operate seamlessly., • Serve as the primary point of contact between guests, the General Manager, and the operational team., • Continuously monitor and uphold our high service standards, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience., • Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the night., • Conduct regular health and safety inspections to maintain compliance and safety standards., • Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or accidents involving guests or staff members., • Deliver and sustain outstanding levels of customer service, addressing guest needs and concerns with professionalism., • Provide operational support across all departments as needed, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations., • Execute the night audit process and generate nightly reports for senior management review. What you Need: • Previous experience as a Night Manager or Head of Department in a 5-star hotel environment., • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff., • Exceptional attention to detail, driven by a commitment to delivering high standards., • Strong leadership and motivational abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding the team., • Resilient and proactive, with a strong drive to get things right the first time., • Familiarity with Micros and Opera systems is desirable.
