Experienced Barista – Latte Art Essential 📍 Brockley, South East London £12.80–£15 per hour Full-time & Part-time We’re building a neighbourhood coffee shop centred around quality, craft and genuine hospitality. We are looking for an experienced speciality barista who takes pride in producing exceptional coffee — including high-level free-pour latte art — every single time. You Must Be Able To: • Consistently produce clean, well-defined free-pour latte art (rosettas, tulips, swans etc.), • Dial in espresso independently, • Maintain precise and consistent extractions throughout service, • Texture milk correctly for different drink sizes, • Prepare espresso and filter coffee to speciality standards, • Taste and adjust coffees confidently, • Work efficiently during busy periods without compromising quality We’re Looking For Someone Who: • Has at least 1 year in speciality coffee (essential), • Is confident behind the machine without supervision, • Has strong attention to detail, • Understands workflow and bar organisation, • Brings positive energy and strong customer interaction skills, • Wants to be part of building a respected neighbourhood coffee shop, • This role is not suitable for beginner baristas — we are looking for someone who already understands speciality coffee standards.
