We are seeking a motivated Freelance Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support ongoing business growth.
This is a flexible, remote role focused on lead generation and client engagement. You will identify and connect with small business owners, introduce the platform, and support the onboarding of new business listings.
This role is well suited to individuals who are confident in outreach, organised in their approach, and comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation through outbound prospecting
  • Identify and research small businesses within target markets
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Engage prospective clients and communicate the platform’s value
  • Support the onboarding of new business listings
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track activity using CRM tools
  • Follow up with leads to build relationships and encourage engagement
  • Work towards agreed activity and performance targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in engaging with new prospects
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial
