Front of House Team Member

Seeking high energy, experienced kitchen staff to join the Nanny Bills events team! We will be travelling all over London and the UK serving premium burgers to the hungry patrons of sporting events, music festivals and much more! We serve Burgers, Fries with vibes on the side! The graft: It’s a casual contract so can be full time or part time, depending on what hours you can do and our bookings that week. Being flexible with your availability – Sometimes we get offered events very last minute so being free is key! Be built different! We are used to working long shift patterns, sometimes it’s early starts and late finishes and we do it with a smile on our faces 😊 Be a service monster! Be able to work in a fast-paced service. We are a very high-volume trader! These events are not for the faint hearted! High energy, super friendly and fun vibes is what we bring to the events circuit (As well as good music and banging burgers of course!!). You will need to bring the same! Being comfortable living a travelling lifestyle – Doing events we are constantly on the go. You will need to be open to travelling far and wide, whether it’s inside or outside of London! Bringing the energy whatever the weather! We work in our food truck, gazebo or trailer setups. We have shelter but we are often outside. Bring your muscles - We set up our kitchens on site so you will need to be hands on get stuck in! There will lifting, shifting and sometimes light building involved. Elbow Grease – Time to lean, time to clean. We have super high H&S standards so elbow grease for cleaning throughout service, setting up and packing down is essential! Other Deets: If you’re a driver or have a vehicle - that would be a huge plus!! Advanced training will be offered, usually set over 2 week period in one of our London locations to make sure you’re confident when we hit the event. Crunch is looking for a friendly and organised Cashier to join our front-of-house team at our new site in Soho. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who is very detail-oriented, enjoys engaging with customers, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming front-of-house space. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet customers with a smile, take orders efficiently, and ensure a friendly and professional experience from start to finish. - Operate the till system accurately: Handle transactions, issue receipts, and manage order entries with speed and accuracy. - Pack delivery orders correctly: Prepare Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and other delivery orders with attention to detail, ensuring all items are included and packaged securely and according to company policy. - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of front-of-house: Keep counters, customer areas, and the till station clean and tidy throughout the shift. - Assist with stock for front-of-house items: Monitor takeaway packaging, napkins, and other essentials, restocking as necessary. - Communicate effectively with the kitchen team: Ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery of online orders. - Follow opening and closing procedures: Set up and close down the till area and front-of-house space according to company standards. You will also greet and welcome our member guests and suppliers/ external contracts whilst maintaining a friendly 5-star level of service - Participate in our onboarding process from allocating membership cards and locker keys to inviting new members to our next community breakfast - Managing all inbound post - Ensure all members receive a top level seamless experience from making sure meeting rooms are correctly booked and ensuring all kitchen points are well stocked (and making steller lunch recommendations!) - Take inbound phone calls and direct them to the relevant team member, covering event bookings, partnership queries, membership queries and more - Conduct monthly building audits and daily building walk-arounds and review your customer satisfaction levels with each ticket - Be the point of contact for all external service providers and suppliers - Be responsible for ensuring that all supplies are ordered and replenished, and that we are never out of stock, nor have a significant backlog - Always spend wisely and remain in-budget for all supplies - Ensure all print communications are up to date and on brand - Ensure that all in-house tech is running smoothly at all times for members and internal guests - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - our service level will be your primary KPI - Support the membership manager to develop community connections, including member introductions - Learn more about and engage with our members and consistently seek feedback along the way - Supporting with the day-to-day operational needs of the space, dealing with immediate building issues such as leaks or defects - Support with managing the cleaning team day-to-day, monitoring the quality of cleaning and maintaining a high standard - Support the Membership Manager with delivery of community events including weekly breakfast wellness classes and drinks.
