Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly as they enter the shop.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and the kitchen.
  • Prepare coffees and perform basic kitchen tasks to complete orders.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu and available options.
  • Report any issues immediately to the head chef.
  • Engage confidently with the public.

Key Skills Required:

  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Experience in a gluten-free kitchen/shop is advantageous.
