Supervisor – Coqfighter Kings Cross Great service starts with great people. We're looking for a Supervisor to join our team at Coqfighter Kings Cross. The role As Supervisor, you'll be one of the people helping to keep the restaurant running smoothly day to day. You'll: • Lead by example on the floor and help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere., • Support the team through busy services and make sure everyone is working together., • Deliver friendly, genuine hospitality and encourage the same from the team., • Use your initiative to solve problems and keep things moving without needing constant direction., • Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant., • Help train and develop team members, sharing your knowledge and learning from others., • Make sure our standards for service, cleanliness, food safety and health & safety are always maintained., • Handle guest feedback with care and professionalism., • Be a calm, dependable presence during busy shifts. About The Role As a key leader within our business, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring your team delivers an outstanding experience every day.
