We are currently seeking an experienced Bartender to join our exceptionally friendly Food & Beverage team at our Do Not Disturb Bar. An underground and sophisticated speakeasy cocktail bar taking inspiration from the clandestine bars of 1920s New York. To be considered for this position, a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel of comparable standards is required. We are looking for someone who is skilled in crafting creative and high-quality cocktails, and who possesses a deep understanding of mixology and beverage service. We are looking for part time Experienced Bartender, You must have at least 1 years experience. You must be abel to make classic cocktails. Immediate start. You will be tested on a number of recipes before you start. Must be fluent in English. Shift pattern is Mainly Friday and Saturday nights and some midweek nights £13.00to £14.50 ph depending on experience.

We’re looking for a an assistant manager to join the team at The Boilermaker. The Boilermaker is an independent neighbourhood cocktail pub which opened in Dec 2023. We are all about cold beer, classic cocktails and good wine. As a manager, you’ll provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests. As a manager you will lead the team, run shift and help with running the day to day venue with admin tasks such as rota, stock control etc. This role is 4 days per week (40 hours) and must be available on weekends.
