Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Head Bartender to lead our bar team and take charge of our beverage program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a high-volume setting, a deep understanding of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, and the ability to mentor and inspire a team of bartenders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service during peak hours.
Create and implement a diverse, creative, and profitable drinks menu, including signature cocktails.
Maintain a high standard of drink quality, presentation, and consistency.
Manage stock levels, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective bar operations.
Train, supervise, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure adherence to all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the bar offering.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of mixology, classic and contemporary cocktails, and an extensive understanding of wines, spirits, and beers.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire and mentor others.
