Are you an experienced and compassionate leader looking to make a real difference? We’re seeking a dedicated Home Manager to lead our nursing care home and ensure the highest standards of care and wellbeing for our residents.
What You'll Do:
✅ Oversee day-to-day operations of the care home
✅ Lead and support a team of care professionals
✅ Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health & safety standards
✅ Develop person-centered care plans and ensure top-quality care
✅ Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven experience in a management role within a care setting
🔹 NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
🔹 Strong leadership and communication skills
🔹 Deep understanding of safeguarding, quality assurance, and compliance
🔹 Passionate about delivering exceptional care
🔹 Happy to use Digital platforms for care documentation
