


We’re excited to welcome an enthusiastic and dedicated Junior Sous Chef to our team at Boxcar Hyde Park.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong restaurant and café experience who thrives in a fast-paced brunch environment and is looking to grow within a creative kitchen.
At Boxcar, everything is made with care, from our freshly baked homemade pastries delivered daily to our seasonal kitchen menu that evolves throughout the year and keeps things exciting. We take real pride in everything that comes out of both our kitchen and our coffee machine, and we’re looking for someone who shares that same passion for quality, consistency, and hospitality.
Working closely with our Senior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of a high-volume brunch venue while also gaining valuable exposure to the bakery side of the business. If you’re passionate about fresh food, seasonal ingredients, and delivering consistently high standards, we’d love to hear from you.
