Part-Time Kitchen Assistant (Friday–Sunday) Location: (Greenwich) Hours: Part-time, Friday to Sunday About the Role The Kitchen Assistant will support the smooth running of the kitchen during busy weekend service. This role is ideal for someone reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist chefs with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning)., • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils., • Load and unload dishwashers; hand‑wash items when required., • Ensure food storage areas are kept tidy and organised., • Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times., • Support the team during service with any additional tasks., • Receive and store deliveries correctly.
