Your main role will be to amaze our guests with your culinary skills. You will need to bring your organisation skills to make sure that you are always: - fully stocked. - have the right level of preparation. - in control and know how to handle multiple checks in the right order. You will also need to show the right level of food safety and health and safety knowledge.

You will be the heart and soul of our neighbourhood Osteria, traditional Italian wine bar in the heart of Woolwich. You will bring your energy and knowledge to provide an excellent customer service, making sure our guests have a great experience each and every time. You will: - Greet customers with a proper Italian welcome. - Use your knowledge to help them navigate our food and drink offer. - Use your skills to prepare drinks and assist in basic food preparation.
