You ensure that you keep refrigeration and freezers organised, ensure all food and other items are stored properly, and regularly deep clean equipment.

Cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients. Following all food health and safety requirements. Assisting with the unloading of deliveries and their proper storage. Communicating kitchen needs to supervisors. Reporting any mishaps in the kitchen to the Kitchen Manager.
