As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for: To undertake all kitchen assistant duties to the highest possible standard To ensure high standards of cleanliness and best practices are always maintained throughout the kitchen To be responsible for the operation of the plate and pot wash areas of the kitchen, ensuring all items are processed in a timely manner and to the KYN standard.
