Job Responsibilities Diagnose hardware and software issues in laptops and PCs of different brands. Perform repairs, including replacing components, fixing screens, and resolving connectivity problems. Install and update software, operating systems, and drivers. Test devices to ensure they are fully functional after repairs. Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer interactions. Advise customers for suitable products or upgrades. Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed on time.
